Portfolio Management
GWLIM is responsible for the management of one of the broadest arrays of asset classes available today.
This includes equity mandates in Canadian, U.S. and International markets as well as specialty classes such as index funds, socially responsible portfolios and smaller cap funds.
Fixed income mandates include a full range of Canadian bonds, international bonds, commercial and industrial mortgages and money market investments.
Balanced mandates include diversified portfolios that invest in a broad mix of assets, as well as balanced portfolios that have a more narrowly focused asset mix.
As well, GWLIM is one of the few investment management firms with the capacity to deliver benefits associated with direct ownership of real estate and commercial/industrial mortgages through a pool or on a separately managed basis.
